In podcast 3, I referenced a website listing 100 reasons to avoid genetically engineered or modified foods. I checked the show notes and discovered that we had failed to include that link for you. Unfortunately, I was unable to locate that article. Even better, however, is Jonathan Campbell’s website article and elucidation of 50 Harmful effects of Genetically Modified Foods by Nathan B. Batalion. This well written article details the history of biotechnology and its implications to human health. It gives a compelling reason to avoid processed food and buy organic products, since 2/3 of processed food in the United States contains GM ingredients.
